Our Admissions Policy details the registration and admissions process. In summary the process is as follows:

• Registration Form and Questionnaire received are placed on the waiting list;
• During intake periods or on availability, the applicants are invited to an interview;
• A successful applicant is offered a place or put on standby until a place becomes available;
• Admissions are processed and a start date given.

Special Educational Needs
We believe that all children have the right to have access to a good education. The school seeks to be especially sensitive to children with SEN and those who need help in their learning. We also accept children who have been statemented. We operate a carefully planned policy to identify their needs and then ensure they are appropriately met. Each case is assessed individually. Our SEN Policy can be made available on request.

English as an Additional Language
The school also seeks to accommodate children that require additional language support by identifying their needs and how they can be met. Our EAL Policy can be made available on request.

 Fees                              

REGULAR FEES
Annual Administration Fee of £200.00  (including provision of milk and fruit)
School Fees £2,550 per academic year  (payable per term £850.00 with 3 terms)
              
Apex does its best in trying to keep the fees affordable without compromising the quality of education being delivered. Fees may be reviewed to keep up with the operational costs .
For the Early years foundation stage the fees payable cover the morning and lunch break only. The afternoon session is funded therefore free.  
Fees are payable per term in advance.

We currently have 2 spaces available for the Year 3 class.  If you are interested in applying for your child please download and fill in the application form below and return it to us along with a £20 registration processing fee, at the earliest convenience.  If you have any recent reports for your child from their previous or current school please send these along with the application form.
