Apex Primary School originated from a private home schooling set-up started by a few concerned parents and their children. The parents had decided to take this step in order to address all the educational needs of their children but in a way which would be in harmony with Islamic teachings and way of life. As awareness of the project grew amongst the local community the demand for such schooling became apparent. The next phase was the natural progression from home schooling to a small establishment that catered for 40 pupils from the ages of 3 to 10 . By the grace of Allah the success of the school continued and achieved Ofsted registered status in the process. Thus the school found itself in need of expansion once again. Alhamdulillah, today Apex Primary School has acquired a larger purpose built school to cater for many more children in the Muslim community. The need is now greater than ever to establish quality Islamic Schools and produce confident and strong Islamic role models who will hold fast to the true teachings of Islam insha’Allah.
